Getting Started

1. Connect your MetaMask wallet to BSC.

2. Browse or join groups in the sidebar.

3. Create a group or update your username to personalize your experience.

4. Start chatting with community members or query the AI with /ask.

To start using 0xPenut Chat, you need to connect a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to interact with the platform on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

1. Open the Platform: Navigate to the 0xPenut Chat homepage.

2. Click "Connect Wallet": Locate the "Connect Wallet" button in the header.

3. Authorize MetaMask: Approve the connection request in MetaMask. If you're not on BSC (chain ID 0x38), the platform will prompt you to switch networks automatically.

4. Verify Connection: Once connected, the button changes to "Wallet Connected," and the group list (e.g., <img> 0xPenut (120), <img> Test Group (0)) appears in the sidebar.

5. Disconnecting: Click "Wallet Connected" to open a popup, then select "Disconnect" to reset to the welcome screen (centered logo and text) and clear the group list.

Note: If MetaMask is not installed, you’ll see a prompt to install it, but you can still view public groups without a wallet connection.
